Trevi offers a full range of pools. 60 % of our products are processed and manufactured in our plant, thanks to our highly effective assembly line.

The manufacturing process of our pools relies on a number of patented techniques :

Injection moulding

Injection moulding is a process used in the production of of our Treviflex in-ground pool panels. This technique allows flexibility and precision when moulding small and medium sized parts. To mould larger panels, we use the Structural Foam method, which is obtained by blowing a chemical agent into melted plastic.

Thanks to this cutting edge technique, we make the superior quality Treviflex panels that set us above our competition.

This process offers the following advantages:
  • Allows for high production capacity and improved inventory availability.
  • Ensures product consistency – no variation in size or quality.
  • Up to 100% of all materials used may be of recycled origin.
  • Inert gas injection increases product stability and rigidity, while requiring 20 % less material to produce.
  • Produces thermal insulation that prevents temperature exchange with the ground.
  • Excellent resistance to chemicals.
Blow moulding

Used in the manufacturing process of our exclusive Treviflez II and Beto-blow products, blow moulding combines the advantages of concrete with those of having a pool liner.

In order to manufacture products that are consistently identical and solid, a metal mould is built around a heated high-density polyethylene extrusion. Once air has been blown into the material, the substance expands all the way to the mould walls and produces identical copies, cycle after cycle.

Once filled with concrete, the Treviflex II support brackets connect the top of the pool walls to the sidewalk, thus creating one monolithic piece. The brackets support the pool over its entire length, improving the stability and lifespan of the concrete sidewalk.

Galvanized steel panels

Galvanized steel panels are produced entirely in our plant with automated equipment. The flexibility of this equipment lets us manufacture panels of all sizes and shapes in order to create free-form pools.

In order to maximize mechanical properties such as resistance to corrosion and impact, no thermal transformation techniques are used in the manufacturing process of our galvanized steel panels. All galvanized steel parts are finished using riveting machines and bolts.

The advantages of this process are as follows :
  • The inherent flexibility of the production process allows us to handle more than one order at a time.
  • Extended lifespan and exceptional resistance against corrosion.
  • Allows for the construction of tailor-made free-form pools.
