With its blow moulding technology based Beto-blow pools, Trevi once again demonstrates its leadership. Beto-blow pools combine superior flexibility, stability and resistance. It is the ultimate in-ground pool.

Blow moulding combines the advantages of concrete with those of having a pool liner. In order to manufacture products that are consistently identical and solid, a metal mould is built around a heated high-density polyethylene extrusion. Once air has been blown into the material, the substance expands all the way to the mould walls and produces identical copies, cycle after cycle.

Once filled with concrete, the support brackets connect the top of the pool walls to the sidewalk, thus creating one monolithic piece. The brackets support the pool over its entire length, improving the stability and lifespan of the concrete sidewalk.
